Sierra camping trip Morning Blend made by Kaytee

One of my favorite combos, it's helped me gradually get off of coffee..(when I want to)Wink Kaytee couldn't remember exactly what she did but here's what she said.

1 roasted dandelion rt
1 chicory rt
2 rooibus
2 alfalfa leaf
1/2 ginger rt
1 orange peal dried

Thanks Kaytee!

Looking up gives light, although at first it makes you dizzy.

Nourishing Menopause Tea:

Dry herbs, equal parts: nettle, red clover, oatstraw
Sometimes I add a little horsetail to the cup for an extra bone boost.

Grind enough together to keep in qt. jar. Two Tbsp. per cup. Drink 2-4 cups a day.

Benefits: contains phytoestrogens, calcium, magnesium and other minerals and vitamins; strengthens, calms, and soothes nervous system, nourishes adrenals, strengthens bones
