Nourishing Menopause Tea:

Dry herbs, equal parts: nettle, red clover, oatstraw
Sometimes I add a little horsetail to the cup for an extra bone boost.

Grind enough together to keep in qt. jar. Two Tbsp. per cup. Drink 2-4 cups a day.

Benefits: contains phytoestrogens, calcium, magnesium and other minerals and vitamins; strengthens, calms, and soothes nervous system, nourishes adrenals, strengthens bones
