the next cosmic serpent

Post by Mademoiselle on May 10th 2008, 7:44 pm

i posted something a while back on Jeremy Narby's book The Cosmic Serpent. i'm reading it a second time now, going through highlighting the important bits, trying to retain the imformation to the point of being able to share it. (always a feat for me)

his latest book, Intelligence in Nature, is also quite amazing. i can't put it down. many references to the sentience of plants, proven by their ability to compute imformation and make decisions. he also explores the relationship of science itself to nature. astonishing references prove our constant interconnectedness. i'm loving it. i love all of jeremy narby's work, and if your not familiar, i highly recommend it all.
