Moon Flowers Empty Moon Flowers

Post by Jacksta on March 21st 2008, 6:03 pm

Along with the moring glories I have always loved to plant her night sister the moon flower, a lovely one to have in your garden, or even in a container on your deck. The flower opens at dusk, smells divine. The night pollinators will it, luna moths.. incredidible to see, will come visit. You can actually be sitting right next to the vine, at dusk, tea in hand and watch them wake up, around the same time the moring glories go to sleep.

it blooms the first year from seed.. so yes, instant gratification Laughing
