½ teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon cracked black pepper

¼ teaspoon cayenne powder

1/4 cup olive oil

2 pounds stew beef, cut into 1-inch pieces

6 large garlic cloves, minced

6 cups beef stock 

1 14.9 oz can of Guinness beer 

3 tablespoons tomato paste

1 tablespoon sugar

1 tablespoon dried thyme

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce or liquid aminos 

3 bay leaves

Ingredients  



1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

1 cup brewed coffee

1 cup of American whiskey

2 Sticks of unsalted butter cut in to one inch pieces.

2 Cups of sugar

2 Cups of all-purpose flour

1 1/4 teaspoons baking soda

1/2 teaspoons salt

2 Large eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla

			<description>Pumpkin Spiced Oatmeal

 

1 cup water

Pinch of salt

1/3 cup oats

1/4 cup canned or fresh (cooked) pumpkin

1/4 tsp. cinnamon

Pinch of ground nutmeg

Pinch of ground cloves

    (or just use pumpkin pie spice)

Your favorite sweetener to taste

Walnut pieces

 

Bring water to boil. Add salt and oatmeal. Cook until done. Combine remaining ingredients in a small bowl. Turn stove heat to low and stir in pumpkin mixture. Spice to taste, sprinkle with walnut pieces, then serve immediately. </description>
